Environmental-Safety Consultants, Inc. (ESCO) helps California businesses achieve and maintain compliance with OSHA and the EPA. We reduce businesses’ costs by implementing preventative safety measures that greatly reduce the risk of citation and employee injuries.

All of ESCO’s clients boast an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) well below their industry’s average. The EMR is used by insurance companies to determine insurance premiums. An EMR greater than 1 means you have an injury rate higher than similar companies. An EMR less than 1 means your company is more safe than similar companies which means lower insurance premiums.

- How Much Do Your Services Cost?
Our prices vary greatly depending on the size of your company and the complexity of the services you require. But rest assured, our services save companies money in the long run by prevention of costly injuries and regulatory citations.
- I don’t have a safety program. Will you create mine from scratch?
Yes, you do not have to have an existing safety program to employ our services. We can create one for you.
- How does your employee training program work?
We have an online Learning Management System that our clients use to train their employees on a large variety of topics. This provides flexibility for employers who cannot afford to block out an entire day for safety training and saves the company on instructor costs. That being said, we do also offer classroom instruction for those who want a more personal training program for their employees.
- My company has facilities inside and outside of California. would you be able to service those as well?
Yes, some of our clients have multiple facilities, some of which are outside of California. We are able to service those facilities as well.
- What type of companies do you service?
We service a broad array of California companies, from engineering/manufacturing to property management to restaurants. If you fall under Cal-OSHA or Cal-EPA requirements, we can help.
- What will happen when I request a free consultation?
One of our consultants will reach out to discuss your company’s needs and submit to you a proposal. Once both parties agree and the proposal is signed, ESCO will get to work making your company OSHA/EPA compliant!
